It's a leetle tree! They appear rarely in the cave and you are only allowed to catch one. Their appearance changes with the seasons and for certain holidays; the pink one is the spring version. Here's a wiki if you want to see all the sprites.

To be fair, DC hasn't changed a whole lot over the years, but there have been some noteworthy improvements made. Like being able to rename dragons, that was a big one for me.

FR has really nice artwork and I like how big the dragons are (I wish our pets here could be that size), but I think the pixel critters have their charm too. We probably wouldn't be allowed to have so many if they were larger and on DC I actually focus more on collecting words/names with little dragons attached than on collecting dragons (although it has gotten awful hard to come up with good unique names these days).

Oh for sure. I haven't checked but I assume there is a task for every type of egg and scroll. Hopefully they won't get creative and start mixing multiple eggs for one task.

I was thinking about that yesterday and then some earlier today about where I got the name from. I did get the name from a book, but the name was Teslyn and apparently when I signed up for FR, it was already taken, so I added the "A". The name Teslyn is from the Wheel of Time Books and she is a minor character, but the name stuck with me.

You need to go look at your dragons again! Gaze upon their derpy googly eyes; today they are truly magnificent ascended creatures! I really wish I could keep them that way. I got another upside-down Mint egg though so they are indeed doing that again!
