Quests did not reset at midnight

Updated the list because a couple observant folk on the discord have pointed out that pet needs are also completely busted. Hunger and happiness are not going down.

I also added what said as well about some of their quests resetting under the part about certain features resetting for some users.

Hello again! Long time no see! I've really been missing failure of reset!

I hope it doesn't again take till noon or even the end of the day that someone fixes it - I had plans for today :-( Now I sit here with nothing to do and fear the hustle of my evening sigh

I'm among the ones with a reset of Ruffie Raffle.

Snowballs on avatars also don't seem to be resetting. My shoulder clinging fellow has been there for hours & several on my FL have snowman hearts and faces still lmao.

Others have covered this, but I'll just add that quests (including Shinwa) have not reset here. Neither have the Rift nor fruit tree. The BathHouse did reset. Have not fed my pets to verify if hunger is impacted. But the gym seems to be working as normal.

Yes I noticed that the silly face snowball I was hit with yesterday lingered for hours so I tossed an Icy Snowball at myself which did put the pretty ice crown on. Wow I'm surprised that when I logged back on this morning nothing has reset yet. Was hoping it would be taken care of over night. Can't do dailies or quests, just hourlies and training. Darn. Hope it's working before the midnight reset tonight or we'll lose a lot of quests.

Edit: Wait, the snowballs disappeared so maybe they're working on something. Disappointing though as I was hoping the beautiful ice crown would stay a while. Wish they were wearable.

Looks like I'm stuck doing the quests I don't do every day just for something to do. :(

I do hope this is able to be reset soon. The day is over half over. Could it be connected to the Battle revamp?

I got a bonus quest event for Wizard on top of my completed ones and he did give me the bonus token for him being the weekend quest.

It is half past four p.m. No reset!!! I'm almost off to bed.

If there is a problem with resetting, could someone please at least drop a line/make an announcement saying so? An acknowledgement, that the Team are aware of the situation, so that not every user is kept in the dark and wondering.

No quests reset for me!

Past 10:30pm for me. Looks like I won't be able to quest at all today. And it's a weekend quest. Things not resetting is one thing and I'd even understand it not being done before noon, but this is getting absurd. And it happens almost every time things don't reset. Like I said last time, how hard is it to do a little check at 5 minutes past midnight to see if everything went alright? Takes 2 seconds....

Are we gonna get compensation? Since us gold members missed out on a whole day of (extra) quests....

I have lost probably around 5 mil in user shops on tokens since quests were down and other random stuff. Money would poof but the items were not there after my little bored shopping spree.

Nothing is reset and ut's almost 10pm EST. There have also been NO staff posts or announcements regarding this issue. It's not fair and the user base would appreciate answers, a comment, an announcement. Something is better than nothing.

This place is a ghost town right now.

I would seriously recommend submitting a ticket right now if you haven't already. That's absolutely ludicrous and you deserve to get those back.

UPDATE 1/27 QUESTS HAVE RESET

No word from anyone, but everything seems to work again today.

I’m not too worried about it. Maybe because I am super sleepy. But thank you
