There is an open board for this! This is not really a reset issue since it did reset, just not with items.

Fresh and Flavorful is broken?

Hey everyone: at some point last night, a problem occurred with the part of our code that runs on an automatic schedule. This would include things like midnight dailies resets, things that happen hourly like dropping pet hunger/happiness, and anything else that happens on a regular schedule.

Some of it glitched and some stopped running completely. We've identified and fixed the problem, and confirmed they are running correctly again!

To quickly go over some relevant reports:

• Pet hunger (and happiness, etc) not dropping was due to this issue. It will start dropping again over the next few hours.
• Fresh and Flavorful had a glitched restock and was showing blank items at 0 sP. Ujin's stock has been refreshed properly now with actual items!
• Trapped minions stopped "restocking" minions so it ended up empty for a bit. Minions are back and refreshing correctly :)

Other resets/refresh tasks may have been affected but I did not see other reports. If anything else was broken, it should resolve itself by tomorrow. (Please let me know if anything doesn't!)

According to the site logs you did those three right after midnight.

Hey guys, please check and see if others pinged Reya and me before sending another ping! I know you want these reset but multiple pings don't make me faster xD

I have reset all I personally can. If there is something still not reset, please post (no ping) and I will let a programmer know.

Everything failed to reset at midnight today. I've just reset them all manually. Please post here if anything got missed - however, I may only get to those in the morning (sorry! It's almost 3 AM here and I can't stay up much longer)

Khaiya from what I see in the logs, it shows you not going since the 15th. Valiska, your logs show you missing the 20th and the 21st. You guys may want to file a ticket and I will see what I can find out on my end as well. Because I am still on a streak so it doesn't seem to be happening to everyone.

They are looking into it :) it may have something to do with the announcements re: login issues.

I did speak with a programmer and they said they are looking into it. I am sorry that this is going on!

I have reset what I can. As a gentle reminder, we do not need more than one ping. I know they are looking into what is going on but I don't know anything further. If I hear more I will post again.

Mine reset so it may be just you. I would file a ticket because bathhouse is something I cannot reset.
