Ugh, I got covid. Well, technically my results haven't come back yet, but it's most likely covid. I'm fully vaccinated too. Hubs had it last week, he's also fully vaccinated. We were at the in-laws, and MIL was sick, FIL started to get sick, BIL and SIL started to get sick, then hubs got sick. THey all tested positive. I originally tested negative and I felt fine until Weds, when I started getting cold symptoms. Just some sniffles/runny nose. Yesterday, fatigue, congestion, headache. Today, fatigue, dry eyes, congestion, runny nose, massive headache. I went and got tested. A few hours ago, I lost my sense of smell. SO, we were ALL fully vaccinated. Makes me wonder how horrible I would have gotten covid had I not been vaccinated. This feels like a really bad cold. I've been going to work all week too, wearing a mask, but still. Now, if I test positive, I'm going to miss the Packer game on Sunday (I'm supposed to go), and I'm going to miss an IN This Moment concert on Tuesday, which was a birthday present. I'm so upset. I wish MIL would have told us all she had been sick, instead of finding out when we all got to their house. Hubs still would have gone, he said, but at least we would have been informed, you know?

I wish this covid stuff would end already!

- sorry to hear you're sick :( my daughter, son in law, and two grand babies all had it a few weeks ago.. kids picked it up from another child in day care - sad part is they're only in day care once a week so my daughter can go to her in person college course... any way, we've found that zinc helps reduce symptoms and recover quicker - especially if you start taking it asap. Peppermint oil in an oil burner is extremely helpful too, as is Mucinex - helped them all with the coughing that came along with it. Hope you're feeling better sooner rather than later...
