Hi there all! We have confirmed that Boudewijn is working as intended. The programmers have said they will see if the probability can be increased.

The quick buff HAS been disabled because it was not working. They are working on a fix. I will leave this open until that is resolved.

In the future, if you have two non-related issues (even if it is for the same event), we ask that you make two separate reports so that one doesn't get lost. Thanks!
