Hi all, hope you are all well! I cannot promise I will stick around for long. Lot's of things happening, but I wanted to drop in and say Hi :)
Hello Everyone,
I hope you all have a great day!
Last week I was suppose to hear back from the business that I had an interview with on 3/11/21. As of today, I have not heard back from them. I am assuming I didn't get the job, but how rude of them to not let me know either way.

I wanted to stop by and say hello to everyone. I have been very busy with real life and wanted to check-in to see how everyone is doing since I have been mia lol!
I am sorry to hear that! I hope there's still a chance you might get the job and they're just being tardy.
Ghosting applicants seems to have become the norm, in my experience - out of the jobs I've interviewed for in the past several years, about 2/3 of them never got back to me at all, the other third sent snail mail form rejection letters months later (thanks, figured it out already) and the only time I got a prompt response it was the dreaded "not a good fit for our organization" 🙀 After jumping through all these hoops as interviewees, I feel like the least they can do is give us an answer.
I definitely agree with you on companies giving you an answer. Especially when they say they will get back with you. To me this seems like poor work ethics and I do not wish to work for a company that has poor work ethics.

Happy Subeta Anniversary to Dandiuel! 🎉 and Happy birthday 🎈 🎁 🎂
Thanks for dropping by. It's good to hear from you! 🌷
Congratulations on your Subeta Anniversary to ! 🌺
and It's completely wrong for companies to be that unprofessional, to waste your time and have no considerations for those who apply for jobs. I'm sure you wouldn't want to work in any of those places! ❤❤
Happy Subeta Anniversary !
Yes, you are spot on for companies that are unprofessional. It just bugs me because I am use to companies being professional.

Thank you most kindly, everyone for the Subeta Anniversary wishes!!
Hope everyone is having a wonderful beginning of spring!! Life has been completely and utterly crazy for me, lol, my niece has moved in with her puppy, fish, and axolotl so that has been an adventure. The hubby is changing jobs so that's been a new adventure as well.
Happy Belated Birthday
Hang in there ! Sounds like a challenge but as you said, it's an adventure and with that a better future ahead for you, and your hubby and his new job. Bless you for providing for your niece and all her pets. Stop by when you can. ❤
I think the computer age and covi19 has taken away a lot of personal interaction. So often when my grandchildren have applied for jobs, they never even see a person. If they do, it's on interview on zoom.
I can't wait until things get back to normal for the whole world. It will be nice when I can finally go somewhere on vacation.

- I think it's appalling that this company didn't get back to you. You had a face-to-face interview!! Everyone who is interviewed in this situation (I'm guessing it was a shortlist) should be rung up and personally told whether or not they have the job. How many phone calls would it be? 30? If they're a busy company they won't have interviewed 200 people, they'd have some sort of vetting process before interviewing. If they don't have that type of decency, they probably wouldn't be great people to work for (and they asked a bunch of silly questions!). Just think of it as a warm-up or a rehearsal interview for a better job - and if the next interviewers ask whether Snow White is a better princess than Sleeping Beauty and why, you will be better prepared to respond! :)
, sounds hectic at your place! What type of puppy does your niece have? The axolotl must be fun to watch!
- is that snow melting? Oh I'm so jealous of you snow people!! We've had a LOT of rain if anyone likes rain? :)
I totally agree with you. They only had a handful of interviews and they were face to face. They should get back with everyone who interviewed with them.

Amen to that . I saw where British Columbia will have fewer restrictions at the first of April. I was all excited until I talked to one of the aids who work here. She said Golden Life, the place we live in, set their own rules and don't go by the Interior Health like the rest of the province. So she took the wind out of my sales in a hurray. I was happy about 10 minutes! Such a let down. I talked to a doctor who comes to see us and she said she would be advocating for us. She thinks our restrictions are way too tough. I hope she will be listened too but not holding my breath. She's been wanting them to loosen up for a long time for mental health reasons. We've all had our shots now but that didn't make any difference. sigh I see you are already to go dancing and looking beautiful .
It's a typical month of March. Snow one day and rain the next or both in one day. It was beautiful today however. April always has lots of rain but we don't complain about it because we are always afraid of fires if we don't get a lot of rain in the spring and we got far less snow this year.
I hope you can get to go somewhere. They are being extremely tough, especially since everyone has had their shots where you live. Thanks for the compliment on my outfit.

Hi . My daughter, talked to the director yesterday about cards Betsy organized the artists in town to paint for the residence here. The director was as excited as I was about the new regulations and couldn't wait to implement them April 1st. So I shouldn't have put so much credence in what the aid had to say. Should have waited until an announcement was made. She still hasn't made it yet so I'm not saying anything to anybody else about it until she does, just in case something else upsets the apple cart. :)
