If you have items that are missing due to the March 2020 Wardrobe glitch, the missing items report form is the place to get items back, and staff check it when they are able to. If you haven't added all of them yet, please make sure to add them!
As for sMailing staff, you actually should not be doing that. Staff are not able to help you through sMail. The Ticket Center is the best place to contact staff with any concerns.
