Ok Bug had the following questions/suggestions:
--Try disabling any browser extensions, user scripts, etc just to rule out the possibility that it's caused by one of those. It is a possibility since the problem happens on desktop only but not on mobile (mobile browsers generally do not support browser extensions) --Is it possible that this is still an issue with old.subeta.net domain name? It's possible they are on old.subeta.net on desktop without them noticing, and yet went to subeta.net on their phone, which could explain why it worked there but not on the computer. They can check this by: go to their inventory on the computer while making sure they are on the regular subeta.net domain and see if unlocking things works correctly there.

AH! Awesome! Well not awesome it was happening but awesome we figured it out. It may just have been pulling that address if your browser was remembering it. But yes, if that starts happening again, just take that out and it should be good.
