Can't unlock items from inventory

I've looked around and I can't find anyone else who seems to be having this issue, but I have a handful of items in my inventory that I locked for later use probably last weekend, I don't think it was further back than that, and now whenever I try to unlock them they stay put.
The page refreshes like it was unlocked, but it's still firmly in the locked box at the bottom and can't be accessed for things like throwing into the Rift.

Could you try again? There was an issue affecting a few other parts of the site and I want to see if that was the problem here as well.

It is still happening, this time it showed up in my inventory until I went to a different page and came back when it was locked back up again. This is also happening for locking new items, I figured I should try that as well. It's the same thing, I lock something, it shows up in the locked bar until I go to another page and come back to my inventory and it's back in the main inventory again instead of being locked.

Ok I will report that this is happening to you. While this is being looked into, can you tell me your browser and operating system?

Browser is Google Chrome OS is Windows 10 Pro

These are the two things that were suggested. Right now we cannot reproduce this bug
- After you try to unlock, do a hard refresh (ctrl + f5)
- Change the sort on the items (timeline, etc.) See if that lets you.

Just tried both of those, no luck, I also cleared my cache and no change. ETA: It works fine on my phone (Chrome browser, google pixel phone) if that helps at all

I had to screengrab with my phone, none of the browser extensions were allowing me to get everything in one shot.
The Magical Twilight Feli Headband is the one that I unlocked and relocked and re-unlocked fine via phone, but now cannot lock again via browser.

Ok Bug had the following questions/suggestions:
--Try disabling any browser extensions, user scripts, etc just to rule out the possibility that it's caused by one of those. It is a possibility since the problem happens on desktop only but not on mobile (mobile browsers generally do not support browser extensions) --Is it possible that this is still an issue with old.subeta.net domain name? It's possible they are on old.subeta.net on desktop without them noticing, and yet went to subeta.net on their phone, which could explain why it worked there but not on the computer. They can check this by: go to their inventory on the computer while making sure they are on the regular subeta.net domain and see if unlocking things works correctly there.

ah-HA, it looks like it was the old vs. new domain, though I'm not totally sure how to keep that from happening again, at least I know how to fix it if it does!

AH! Awesome! Well not awesome it was happening but awesome we figured it out. It may just have been pulling that address if your browser was remembering it. But yes, if that starts happening again, just take that out and it should be good.
