The most memorable event? I had to rake my memory for anything that I think anyone would find 'memorable'. LOL And I also assumed you wanted happy memories, and as far as I know we had no babies born or marriages in the family... Life since COVID for my family seems like one tragedy after another. So I suppose I'll have to go with the simple pleasure of renovation. Last year, we completely re-did my bedroom. This last summer we did the guest bedroom. So, if anyone wants to come down and be boring with me... LOL Outfit Not Found

Last year we went to Colorado and it was my first time REALLY seeing snow in years and years. The first night we were there it snowed 12 inches and I went out and it was shimmering in the moon light. It was truely magically for me and something I will never forget Outfit Not Found

awwww Colorado is amazing. I wnet to Highlands Ranch High School in 1996 - and I remember very, very vividly all the snow.... Like even in april we would drive to school with weist high snow in the morning and after schoo it was all gone and war, The next morning it was full of snow again.

We went into the Rockies with my host family (my family, really) and I was like "SNOW" and walked in and it swallowed me up to my chest XD

Someday I go back there, although my sis no lives in Texas and my absolute favorite teacher moved to Arizona (but we still write, call and text and I always get christmas post form there and they from here)

That sounds so lovely. Im glad you got to experience it, it sounds like you really enjoyed yourself <3 Texas isn't to bad but we definitely don't ever get much snow T.T

Since the pandemic, you can't go to the gym, so I've been riding my bike most days since April 2020 when I got furloughed. Since I work from home since February, my hours are 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm and so I still can get a bike ride in and still relax a bit before the work day.

hmm... tbh getting vaccinated was the most memorable event for me, i was ecstatic! i'm immunocompromised (which = it's less effective for me) & still stuck at home regardless, but a little protection is better than none! i got vaccinated at a convention center turned temporary megasite so it was a little "change of scenery" as well~

Well, while the Caldor and Dixie fires themselves were the most memorable things to happen this last year, helping to clean up a small part of the disaster zone, and plant new trees afterwards, is my most positive memory. Outfit Not Found

- Just had a couple questions? Can the most memorable event be Subeta related or are we going for real life only? Also, would I be able to submit my HA from that time on Subeta if it can be related to the site, or should I make one for real life for that time? Sorry x-x

I apologize in advance as this is more of a telling of chain of events that lead up to the most memorable event.

The most memorable thing that has happened to me in the last two years was actually rejoining Subeta last December. We had just moved into our current apartment during June 2020 after being homeless for a year and although I should have been happy, I was extremely depressed. We finally go settled and I was less paranoid of us being homeless again come November, so we finally decided to say we moved in and got internet. I tried finding a job online, tried browsing social media and games - nothing really helped cheer me up.

I cannot for the life of me remember what chain of randomness got me to this site, but I favorited it and debated on if I wanted to rejoin a forum site or not. I have social anxiety and wasn't sure it was the best idea. A couple days later I decided to join and then the next day posted a new here post. Everyone was extremely welcoming and sweet to me right off the bat, I chatted with a few people and even made some new on site pals. I was feeling more settled about things and happy to at least have internet strangers to share niceties with, though still rather depressed.

I tried joining chain games, playing other games in real life, doing anything to take my mind off of all of my disabilities and worries. Lumi was going on as well, so I tried gifting random people and wishing other new players a happy holidays in hopes to bring some kind of calm. It wasn't until I welcome and befriended that I finally actually started to feel something other than dismay. She was a bright ball of sunshine in the darkness and always said the right thing to make me feel like someone got me. She's the biggest reason I've stayed on Subeta and she's the most memorable thing about each and every day. My HA is the HA I was wearing when I welcomed her to the site and made my new best friend.

Who‘s cutting onions here? 🥺 Thank you, , for yet again making me feel very loved and cherished. You came at a time I really needed a friend, too, and day by day i couldn‘t be happier we happened to join this game at around the same time and start our journey here together. You became more than a in game friend within these last 12 months and made every day here memorable to me. Thank you for always finding the right words, now and always. Thank you for being my friend.

The most memorable event this year was my husband magically recovering from a severe illness nobody expected him to overcome. Every day, step by step, he goes his own way and is now a better self than before, after all his experiences.

He even began to draw and one of his first paintings embellishes our home now. Which is a new home, too, like you all know. A small house of our own in the countryside, far away from all the hectic and noise of the big cities around. After three hard years, we are happy again!

If you had told me this would happen one year ago, I would have been sceptic. It's a Christmas miracle!
