[box=#8B8B8B]Meet & Greet[/box]

If anyone wants to introduce themselves and/or chat with me and others in here, this can be for that. :)

Hi, I'm Luck, (or Alex if you're feeling ultra personal wiggles eyebrows) . I draw and release the CWs. I joined subeta in May of 2011. I am a 26 year old self-taught hobbyist digital artist and have been drawing in various forms basically my entire life; my main forte is a cartoon style. I used to exclusively do digital art with only a mouse but that skill is long gone since I got my tablet for Christmas in 2011. It is a Wacom Bamboo CTH-470 and work takes place in photoshop. It's sort of funny, a lot of people who know me had no idea that I did art, but it's because I'm a very shy and anxious person and really don't share my work, like, at all.

Why did I decide to start doing CWs then? shrug Who knows :P The streamlined system revamp, doing away with slotting and cut costs were very enticing. My main goal is to upload things that I would like to use in my own avatars, and hope that other people like them too. That being said, initial work is done with the M base however it is checked and edited appropriately for the F base, and I don't really have plans for overtly feminine attire like dresses - apologies. Also, most "profits" will go towards new submissions. As far as pricing goes I tend to do +100 to the submission cost, although some things that I've spent a lot of time on and/or are very large will likely be +150.

I've never been too much into CWs, like buying them daily or anything, so up until now I've been an extremely casual buyer with hardly an understanding of anything beyond "I ask to slot and get a notice where I pay x and after everyone pays then I get mine". Another thing you should know about me is that I have an exceptionally bad memory, so it's no surprise that the next thing I'll say is that, I don't remember when I got my first CW. I feel like it was around 2014-2015, but I remember it was a user's contest prize.

Either way, that being said, I've never really been active in the CW community, but now that I'm dipping my toes in as a releaser I suppose I can try. What better time to start than after a whole 10 years of being on here? (Although I can't promise anything, how much of a hermit I am is very understated here.) I truly was unaware of the amount of work that went into each release, so I just want to say Huge Respect to everyone who was and is involved in the CW process.

So if you found your way here, I know I've rambled quite a bit but you can drop a hello, and/or describe your experience with CWs (I won't mind if you're a releaser and plug your own stuff lol). As always I appreciate any tips or information not privy to a CW-Newbie like myself.

Hello!

Also, my fat black cat called Bella says hello. There's a high chance she's in my bed at any given moment, including as you read this right now.
