Hey guys! I'm doing my best to get things done with the lag going on :) I'm pretty sure acceptances ARE going through, but if you notice something weird please let me know ASAP so I can investigate and hopefully not break a bunch of CWs!

I didn't learn anything from last year apparently, and I've forgotten again that Easter is a holiday thing people do. Because of this I don't have all the UA support I normally have, so I won't be able to do the entire queue! I'll get done everything that's noted by UAs and do a bit extra this week to move it along :)

It's been quite a while since I had this problem, but I'm not able to accept any CWs today :( Denials are going through okay, but I can't get acceptances to go through. I've asked to look into it and hopefully things will be working ASAP.

Hi there - a few announcements today!

1. I will be out of town next week to go to my only nibling's high school graduation! I will do the queue as normal on 5/8 and 5/15. A coworker will be doing the queue sometime during the week. They may leave some items for me, so your item may take a few extra days to get attended to! I'll be taking tickets like normal, but they may take a few extra days to get answered.

2. I can't believe I even have to make this announcement but to be as blunt as possible: using descriptions on custom wearables to try and create drama with other users or staff will absolutely NOT be tolerated. If your item name or description is questionable enough to come across as possible harassment, then you need to rethink that and change it.

ROFL SO FUNNY STORY, I completely forgot today was Sunday, not Saturday (holiday tomorrow is throwing me off). I'm doing the queue now. Sorry it's so late!
