A spiritual piece of the heart which was once lost, having been supernaturally cut out from its owner at birth. Now found once more, it resides in a glass jar as the owner fears truly reuniting with it. The jar is labelled with the owner's name, but alas, it's written in an infernal language and isn't easily read by mortal eyes.

You've discovered a heart!
A spiritual piece of the heart which was once frivolously divided up by the owner until there was nothing left but an unfulfilling void. The pieces slowly came back together as the owner found his true love, and the whole heart was found once more. It not only refilled the owner's void, but inadvertently the void of the demon that was possessing him. That's an entirely different story, though.
