finally got my wardrobe but now I can't find the base suggestions ? Using Safari on my iPhone avoiding Comcast the body of the avatar is blank it's missing on the outfits I just tried adding body again and it didn't work
Your avatar base is there, it is just under everything else, so the background item is covering it. It should be at the bottom of your wearing list, and you can drag and drop it to make it visible.
Also, thank you and for more information about the Comcast problem! Keith and I are looking into this. I wonder, if you were able to speak with Comcast, if you can ask them what specific safety rule our website accidentally triggered? I'm not sure if they can tell you, but if we could get some answer there it might help!

Idk if I’m willing to go that far tbh. I haven’t had good experiences at all speaking to them and I’m only a customer under my parents. You would have to speak to them with the information I’ve provided if you truly want to know more about the issue. But good luck though! Like I said, could be a tracker problem.

I talked to Comcast finally getting someone after a full day. Very unhelpful " we can't remove security features". I have an older iphone and am unable to remove theirs so am stuck using my verizon cell data to see a couple of things on subeta. I'll try again if get a newer phone or they relax their "feature" but appreciate you and Keith a lot!

Thank you for all your help. Keith has emailed Comcast about this, so we're just waiting on that now. Hopefully Comcast doesn't take forever to respond. We'll keep you posted!

Hm.. I've attempted to fix yours up, but the changes aren't showing up. I think the older data is being aggressively cached somewhere. I am looking into this on our end, so please sit tight for now, and I'll keep you updated!
If the wardrobe is loading for you, you can try going in and clicking the "Wear" button (you don't have to change your outfit) - this should clear the cache, so it might fix your issue sooner. But if not, no worries, I'll get back to you soon.

my avatar is broken, it's been usable previously, but is now not functional since putting on a new outfit. latest version of chrome, cleared cache and cookies :/
EDIT: after testing items on and off, it turned out it was that was breaking it. changing it out has fixed my av
You should be fixed! If your avatars still look blank, please try
- Go inside the wardrobe and click "Wear" button
- Clear your browser cache if it still isn't showing up

Hi :) My wardrobe is broken, it only shows me a blank page, I can't access any section. I'm using Firefox and windows 10; I cleared the cache and restarted the browser without luck =(

I cannot access the wardrobe from Microsoft Edge browser version 89.0.774.68 on windows 10, I can also now no longer get in on Safari 14 on my iOS (though yesterday it was still working fine on my phone).
All I get is a blank page when opening wardrobe, I also get a blank page when trying to go to Custom Wearables, but other pages (like home page) seem to be fine; so it seems to be new.subeta.net that won't load anything.
