This isn't a glitch, I'm afraid. For security reasons, Subeta's website has an automatic protection against common threats like DDoS attacks, spam/bots, malware, hackers, etc. This does its job well, but sometimes there are false positives so a regular Subeta player like you gets caught by the system. There is not much we can do about the false positives; unfortunately, we have to keep this protection enabled for security reasons.
If you solve the CAPTCHA, it will let you through to the page you're trying to visit. Click the checkbox next to "I am human" and follow the instructions if there are more. (Sometimes just checking the checkbox is enough, sometimes you have to actually solve a CAPTCHA.)
There are many reasons why you could be seeing this, and I do not know what it is in your case. Is there anything you changed on your computer on 11/13 that might have caused it? Like did you download/install any new programs, start using a VPN, start using a new browser extension, etc? I also recommend running a malware and antivirus scan just in case.
(Happy birthday btw!)
