This will probably be a low priority item since it's not game breaking and has a simple workaround (unhiding it again). I did add some additional information below and into the first page for a programmer to review whenever they get a chance. Let me know if you have any addendums.

Steps:

1. Hover over the worn item to show a preview of the item on the base HA.
2. Hide Item from currently wearing HA.
3. Hover over item name again - the preview will no longer show on the base HA.
