Zapper bribe did not reset

Went to get my third and final skin and the zapper is still saying "Shhh... I can only take a br... power up this zapper once a day"

It's every 24 hours and doesn't reset at midnight.
Considering the alert for the human zapper bribe is broken, setting it to reset at midnight would be a nice move.
I don't know when I've zapped yesterday and I really don't want to have to keep a sticky note on my monitor telling me when to go check the human zapper.
I know the event is short, but once a day would still be once a day even if the bribe reset at midnight.

yeah trying to keep track is annoying, but at least there are only 3 new skins. Even if I end up missing a day because of the 24 vs. midnight reset, I should still get all my skins. More of an issue for those who need more skins.

This is not a glitch; is correct that it's on a 24-hour timer, not a midnight reset. (Also, Frost, I hear your feedback - this is just not the appropriate forum for feedback/suggestions, but you could check if the QoL suggestions thread has it listed?)
I also wasn't aware the alert was broken - I don't see a bug report on it, and vaguely recall it was broken in the past but fixed at some point? Would you mind making a new topic on that, go ahead and make it in this subforum - though with 3 days left I don't think it will be fixed in time for this year.
