I think you might be confusing it with testing servers we've used in the past?
https://new.subeta.net/ is a brand new website, so you can't use it to navigate the main Subeta.net site. You can go to new.subeta.net to see what's there - it's literally just what you see, so like the wardrobe, subscriptions system, and avatar borders. Quests, pumpkin patch, etc don't exist there yet.

Sadly not, it's quite old (4th Gen) and I stopped getting updates some time ago x.x

Hey everyone! The second planned update to Subeta v2 is almost ready. All of the changes are complete, and we're now in the testing stage behind-the-scenes.
This update will upgrade the code that builds our UI, making it easier for us to improve the visual design of Subeta v2! It will also come with a new and improved night mode! Night Mode (currently broken) will be fixed by this update. After the update is released, you will be able to toggle Night Mode by clicking the little moon icon next to your avatar headshot in the top right corner of the screen.
No specific ETA yet, as it depends on how quickly and smoothly testing proceeds; we're taking care to do everything we can to make sure it rolls out smoothly. I'll keep you posted. <3
