The feed on the main page is on a very long cache to reduce server strain. It actually only updates once every several hours, so it is normal for new items to not show up for a while.

I totally get how that's confusing though, and I am hoping that the new version we're working on will be efficient enough that we can have it update in real-time, or at the least reduce the cache time so it is less noticeable :)

Oh!! That's weird then, it should update within like a day at the latest. While we won't be fixing this page since it will soon be replaced by a new CW shops page (!!), we appreciate the report, and we'll try to make sure the new page doesn't have the same problem.
