We're supposed to get rain here with only a slight possibility of storms but our risk is high winds. We're under a high wind warning until Friday morning. It's going to be too noisey to sleep tonight.

OMG! I live in germany. We never have tornados.... but they seems so scary!

We get tornado sirens (beside testing) maybe 2 or 3 times. Last night there was rotation, but it broke up before getting to where I live, So, yes, we were safe. Didn't even lose power or internet.

We get sirens a few times over most summers but thankfully we do not get tornadoes too close that often. Though I've seen a funnel cloud from our backdoor (decades ago now and it didn't touch down thankfully) and an f0 tornado hit a few miles away across the river from us. That is as close as I ever wish to get again.
