he overall pinkness of the color scheme, especially the dark blush and cute freckles on the face. Also, this wasn't exactly the first thing I noticed, but your coordination of the pink, green, and beige/off-white color scheme between the background and the avatar is very good.

The hair! It pops out so wonderful with the monochrome theme.
