For sure! Here's a gallery of RL pictures of Pasadena, they are a bit older but most of her features are still the same. Here's a newer one of her. For poses I was hoping for something that would look good as profile graphics so anything with a pleasing shape that be put near a box or even be on top of one. I leave it up to you, snakes look neat no matter how they're posed :D. For the frog, I do not have other examples but she is based off of a poison dart frog, a pose for her, I'd love something that gives her a bit more life, maybe something with personality.

Yes! Maybe 3 if you are up for another. Yeah, so the frog, good for same colours. In terms of personality I'd say something like childlike, bewildered, confused. Basically she's just a frog until she gets kissed by this fairy and he turns her into a fairy and doesn't understand anything including talking.
