I just joined on the 3rd and have had this problem too. Really sad I am unable to make an avatar at all yet. I will also file a ticket like the staff member above said to do. :(
I am also receiving the same error, even after a user admin reset my HA.
I also get an error occurred on client when I try to click on base or change my hairstyle. HA was reset as well.

I just filed a ticket & got my avatar reset by an Admin but I'm still getting Error on Client when I try to go to the Base tab to make my avatar a male. She told me to post on here if it still didn't work after she reset it.
Hey everyone - We found and fixed the issue that was causing the "error occurred on client" for most people. Please try loading your wardrobe again. If you still get the error, please try the following:
- Load the wardrobe main page and just click "Wear Now" under your avatar (no need to click or change anything else first)
- Clear your browser cache
And see if the wardrobe works then. If you still have problems after doing that, let us know here, confirm that you followed the steps above, and we will provide further assistance as soon as we can.

Thank you for fixing the error! The error itself is now gone and I can select everything other than a skin tone now. When I select skin tone it doesn't update on the avatar, things like eyes, nose and mouth do appear, just not skintone. It doesn't feel like my body itself shows really, I've been wearing items to fill it out as much as possible, I'll take them off for now.
I have cleared my browser cache and tried on both Firefox & Chrome
The base section seems to be working fine! Still cannot change my hairstyle though. I did clear my cache and try again. Using Chrome
I tried to save my new CW outfit and the wardrobe froze and deleted it !! :(
