Cooking is needed. My husband doesn't like us eating out and when we do we're always disappointed in the food we get so cooking is usually done at home. Sometimes I don't want to cook or I'm tired or Luna doesn't met me but... I just eat snacks instead.. lol I have meal replacements as well just incase but it doesn't really satisfy me if I'm really hungry
