We don’t normally bother with many roast dinners, but with Christmas coming up getting the kids happier to eat them means less stress on the day!

We don't have too many roast dinners either. Usually only in the winter and a couple times the rest of the year if I'm really craving it XD

It is! The one we make has to be in the cooker all night 😅

I don't cook.... much at all XD My husband does some cooking. For the most part we just do easy meals. Grilled cheese, chicken salad, sandwiches, frozen stuff, mac and cheese, etc XD

I get bored of the same things over and over lol

So far I have spinach, ricotta and pine nut lasagne and garlic bread with cherry crumble and custard for pudding. 1 day down 6 more to go lol

Holy crap that sounds fancy! I need you to teach me how to cook like that XD

Lol I normally just make beef lasagne so this will be new for me. Hubby’s work did a spinach and ricotta cannelloni which was amazing though so thought its worth a try!
