This is a glitch, yes. If you look at this subforum, almost all of the reports are hair salon related. Instead of continuing to try and tackle these reports individually, we realized we really just need to overhaul the hair salon code completely, to make it better and get rid of all these problems at once. We have some work in progress for this, but between the new CW stuff and Luminaire, we haven't been able to focus on this. FWIW, I am hoping to prioritize this right after, so hopefully in January if new CWs and Lumi both go relatively smoothly!

Hi All!
Staff are aware of the issues with the hair salon and have released the following statement on the matter:
<p>So far, the backend is about 99% done, and so the bulk of the remaining work is on the user interface. Our progress so far is being beta-tested here: Testing: New Salon ?♀️</p>
<p>While this post is pinned, there is no need to report issues with the current Hair Salon, since they will not be addressed individually but rather all at once with this update.
