Thank you for the enthusiasm for our new subscriptions! We've signed up hundreds of users and have started collecting excellent feedback from the first week of use.

We have an update for users who had existing stripe "pay and save" subscriptions, or who had purchased months of GA at a time. First, thank you to everyone who purchased more than one month of GA at a time, your faith in the site is 😍 what keeps us going.

First, we added PayPal as a payment option! We're looking into adding more payment options including apple pay and google pay in the upcoming weeks. If there is a payment processor that is used in your home country that would make signing up easier, please let us know as well.

Second, If you have 2+ months of gold account and would like to subscribe for the new subscriptions, please make a create a ticket and a UA will convert your remaining GA time in cash shop credits (rounded up, of course) so you won't be wasting that perk of the subscriptions.

We're also aware of a small number of users who are unable to register for the new subscriptions (they get sent to the "thank you" page page, but with no charge to their card or subscription benefits) and we are working to resolve that as soon as possible.

The cash shop will eventually move over to new.subeta.net using this same purchasing system, so if we add google pay to the subscriptions it should work for everything else 🎉

Hey everyone- I've just made a change so that this issue will display a proper error message instead of sending you to the "thank you" page. If you experience this issue, please file a ticket and copy-paste the exact error message into the ticket. (Just mention in the ticket that Bug asked you to make it, so it gets forwarded to me.) That would be super helpful to me as I continue debugging this issue. Tysm!

Small heads up: the credit card form has been changed to ask for a street address for your billing address, but the change hasn't shown up yet. It should take no more than 15 minutes (ish) for the form to start asking for the address correctly. Until then, just sit tight since your payments won't go through until it updates (super sorry for the inconvenience!!)

The form is working again and we've decided not to ask for street address at this time, just the postal code. This may change but I'll give another heads up if it does. (For the curious, all of this is just me trying to get it to accept international payments correctly... it's a WIP!)

Hello everyone! Re: The issue of certain card payments failing to go through - We looked into this further, and determined it is an issue with international card payments. Unfortunately, we are not able to resolve the issue with taking international cards directly, as the issue is a side effect of certain fraud & security rules that we cannot safely or legally turn off. We are officially recommending international users pay with their cards through Paypal. A Paypal account is NOT required for this; you can simply click the Paypal option and enter your details without logging in or creating an account.

We've added a notice about this to the payment form.

We might already have some plans regarding that, and we'll say more when we're ready ;)

Gold account medals still work the same, there's no change to them. (I'm not 100% sure if that is what you're asking, but I hope that helps!)

The buddy GAs can be found through the "Buddy Gold Account" link in the Cash Shop, and the CW vouchers will show up when you are browsing CW shops.
