Hi - if you haven't already, please file a ticket.

Have you two gone here and filed reports for the items you are missing? These are the items that were confirmed missing. If there are items not on here that you believe you are missing, then I would file a ticket on those items.

I would honestly start with the link I posted. Most to all of the affected items should have been identified at this point. If you know something has been left off then by all means report it but at this point they have compared as many logs as they can and that list should have the missing items.

Since the solution here is to first use the form I posted and then file a ticket if further help is needed, I am going to lock this up as the actual bug that cause this has been resolved.
