They came about conceptually Survival '21 because I pitched the concept of DnD set in a modern setting that's aesthetically like cycberpunk that's developing into solarpunk? Game never happened, but I love the idea of this pink tiefling that is dual major (botany/public health) grad student that is into bright alt fashion like kidcore and vaporwave, baking, and getting to info dump about their bioluminescence research project.

Oh absolutely!!!! Solarpunk is like the optimistic and environmentally friendly cyber/steam punk? Think of like a society where things are good, and we're technologically advanced in a way where we work in collaboration with nature. :D The aesthetic can vary, but it features lots of greenery.
