Contests and Auctions - All contests, art and service auctions, etc. must have a clearly-defined set of rules and a solid end date not exceeding three months from the date of the initial post or announcement. Once completed, all prizes or rewards must be distributed within one month; failure to do so will be considered and treated as scamming.
