The achievements for sets of items (like SBQ, or different item themes) are just triggered from clicking the button on the achievements page.
I will look into Filled Wardrobe :)

I gotchu!
Layer achievements are a separate issue and have a topic here: * Layer Achievement Update Page Not Working?
We'll have this topic be about Filled Wardrobe so we can stick to one topic per issue.

Hey all, this is still on our radar. To answer some questions:
We're not taking tickets for this issue; it's been broken for everyone and no one's count has updated since this issue began.
As for timeline - I've been wanting to work on this for ages but it keeps getting backlogged by more urgent tasks. This won't be addressed by the time Lumi starts; I'd have to make an impossible amount of progress on the new CW stuff to have time for this in the next few days, and I took yesterday off. I'll try to see if I can squeeze in a fix/workaround for this before the 24th of December, at least a few days before presents open so you can do last-minute wardrobe cleaning, but no guarantees. Sorry again D:

Yes - it's been a while, I can certainly give an update <3 We have not forgotten about this and the layer achievements. We have been focused on fixing up the Hair Salon (which required a massive code rewrite) - the achievements are the next wardrobe fix on the list once that is done!

Yes, sure thing. We had said we'll start working on this after the new Hair Salon update, which we released in late May. Unfortunately, I then needed to take a short hiatus from Subeta while adjusting to my new full-time job - which also started in May. Please understand, it's taken some time to get settled there and to figure out how to fit Subeta into my new routine. I'm just starting to get back into the swing of things again - which is going well btw! So, I don't have a specific update on this yet, but yes - it is still on my radar and I'll keep you in the loop! I do hope to get to it Soon (TM)

Hey all! I have been working on this for a while and I do indeed have an update on this and the wardrobe layer achievements!
The main problem is that these achievements involve a slow, expensive calculation to count your wardrobe items, that cannot be avoided. So I needed to come up with a way that wouldn't potentially cause server issues. I figured, at this point, any way to trigger it is better than having no way. So for now, I've deployed an update that gives you an "easy" way to trigger it from your wardrobe's items page.
STEP ONE: Make sure your filters are set to Items you own, and otherwise set to find all items:
STEP TWO: Wait for the results to load, and ... That's it! This will make the code update your achievement(s). The next time you load a page on the main site (subeta.net), you should see the achievements have updated counts.
Feel free to ping me with any questions or if it is not working correctly for you. Please be aware that site lag can affect this, just like everything else. There will likely be a lot of people trying to do it after this announcement, so if it is lagging for you, wait a bit and try again later, or in a day or two.
One question I have for you is: I think this is an "easy" enough way to trigger the achievement for now, but it's not intuitive at all. How can we make it clearer how to trigger them? I had a few ideas including:
I would really appreciate your ideas and suggestions for how to make this clear somewhere on-site!
Finally, I recognize this isn't the most ideal solution. It's the one I could bring to you soonest without potentially causing more issues with server strain. I want to let you know that, as continues making progress with server stability, it will enable us to code a way to have these achievements update automatically in the future non-problematically - which is a much better user experience!
Pinging because I know a lot of people have been waiting for an update on this.

Haha yes - I was just about to say. I hadn't thought about it until you mentioned it, but it's already the default.

Hey, sorry I forgot to say something the other day! But the arms layer was simply overlooked, like I just missed it going down the list. I've added it in so please give it a try now to see if it triggers.
