No matter what view I choose or which item I search for, it doesn't work (just started my daily dump to Recycle Beast). I come to a white page with error message: "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}', expecting ',' or ')' in /home/forge/subeta.net/src/myshop.php on line 350"
edit: Next day. No response from staff, but it's still not working. Yesterday I had the shop open, when this started (simultaneously with the other errors) and just couldn't search for items or do something with them. Today I can't even open it. How am I supposed to clear it? First you disable selling items in it, and with that our income and maaaaany hours of pricing, and for months leave us with a site, that is hardly functioning - downtime, lag, errors,... Then I'm restricted to a tedious, again time consuming 200 pcs. handling restriction, even when I move to vault, where we are supposed to dump the shops' contents to. In addition I have to use more of my time for constantly creating tickets, when items poof in some way (mostly Recycle Beast) - providing I even notice, spending more time double checking my every move. More site problems. And now I cannot access my shop at all. Plus I'm losing even more income since I have to quit quests, when items are too expensive in SS, because I can't access the tons I actually do own. Help!? Please!? Help!
Same here. Getting this: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}', expecting ',' or ')' in /home/forge/subeta.net/src/myshop.php on line 350 when trying to access legacy shops.
We're discussing what to do about this issue and we hear your concerns and frustrations. In the meantime, the Move-to-Vault tool is still available and I highly recommend using it to get items out of your legacy shops at this point.

Well, I already emptied 2 of them and started working on the third, so it's not as if I didn't do anything.
Thank you for the link, I'll move them to the vault then.
From the newspost about legacy shops I understood that the transfer to vault would be an automated process sometime in June so that you can get rid of all legacy shops at once. But maybe I misunderstood that.
I used the tool to clear the 3 galleries (which just basically ruined them, because items, that were already in the vault went to the categories there).
For half a year we could hardly do anything on site, as you are painfully aware of yourself.
Providing the site let me, I have been working on emptying the shop/redistributing items into the new full shops, which already existed there, or vault, or price relevant items into a free shop, which used to be a new gallery. Which also helped me discover doubles in the new shops, which is one of the shortcomings in the new shops, taking up precious space. Even though I try to keep attention, that this does not happen, but obviously I sometimes errored out and confused the order I quickstocked items into all the shops :-(. I do not want to use the tool for my old shop until the last minute, because I don't want to lose the prices, which are carried over tho the new shops with the items. Also my plan was, to create price batches for the rest (haha) in the vault, but as long as you don't let me move more than 200 pcs. at a time, I won't live long enough to finish that, I won't even start.
Just attempted a fix for the parse error, can you see if the page loads now?

tried just opening the shop and going there via account searching an item
All right, the error should be fixed for now.
