hmm. chinese probably. though i also really enjoy a lot of different cuisines. i don't know if you've ever tried nepalese food, but it's soooo good. it's a mix of indian and Chinese influences with really good spices and super tender foods. i also love tacos and Mexican food. since we border Mexico, there is some really good Mexican food here.

oh no LOL my eyebrows are NOT like that at all. i wish 😂😂 mine look more like this:

SPOILER (click to toggle)

it's NOT a good look hahaha. the girl in the picture you linked pulls it off. mine just looks really bad lol.

Oh dear... I just came back and it's past 4 am here... Birds are chirping again outside xD

for Atomic Are you vegan? :) Oh damn! I totally forgot about the awesomeness of Thai cuisine! Shame on me D: I think most people pick up the reading skill first, then writing, then listening and then speaking. So no worries, I won't judge. I tutor people in languages so I really don't care about the level people start from :)

for Vioran_Soldier How nice! I hope you will get to hang out together! How did you meet exactly? :) Not now? Do you intend on changing that in the future?

Oh, sadly I haven't had the pleasure of trying Nepalese food but it sounds amazing! I'll give it a try as soon as I get the chance : heart_eyes: oh nice! Authentic Mexican cuisine is soooo good 😋 I hope your eyebrow will grow back soon! Until then you just have to act like you are just trying to set a new trend. Confidence is everything xD

We met over a decade ago, during my first stab at college. He approached me asking about what I was playing on my GBA. It wasn't long before we spoke about little things...then the following summer he asked me to help him with a project.

He wanted to dismantle an '88 Fiero to use for a replica 2000 Lamborghini Diablo roadster. That was the chance encounter I relate to. It happened again here on Subeta when I resumed playing, with another chance encounter that has shaped my recovery from the angry reclusive person I used to be.

I just find cooking with meat to be something overly complicated. Meat free is more than just salad, it'll be an experience to learn how.

Today's question:

If your house was on fire and you could grab only one inanimate object, what would you take?

My personal answer: I'd take my passport/birth certificate. And if that's already burned up I'd bring a family heirloom out of my jewelry box.
Oh how nice! I'm so glad he gathered his courage to go talk to you! And does your subeta friend still play? Indeed it truly is more than salad. Meat is overrated in my opinion ;)
My sketchbook. I'm a basket case without it. Everything else of value is alive, or locked in a fireproof safe already.

Honestly, I wouldn't try to recover anything. I didn't when my house did burn down in 1998.

Yes she still plays, and is the reason I stayed. In gratitude for helping me out of my abyss I gave them characters out of my story.

If you like the song why not. It will support the artist ^^ I think that happened in other Pokémon games at well. I remember something like that but maybe I'm wrong about that. Nevertheless, it's kind of sad if they aren't using more than 1 or 2 attacks...

It was the outer left side of the left eyebrow and my hair was too short to cover it xD I hope yours will grow again fast. Full eyebrows look very pretty. Personally, I like them more than the really thin ones.

I really like the saxophone :D Unfortunately, I hardly remember anything from Dorian Gray 😅

When I was younger I thought about buying a telescope but I bought a microscope instead xD Even more strange? xD I just found one called "3x Fisch". I don't know what to say about that xD It begins somehow nice and friendly and shortly after something bad is mentioned. I'm sorry but your sentence "but I like trees"... I can't stop laughing 😂 I heard their shows are very amazing. The last show I saw was one with David Guetta :)

The last questions: Favourite national cuisine: Italian or Bavarian Object I would take: The box with photos of my family. There are some very old ones too.

Hello, nice to meet you ^^ What kind of sketches? Different ones or rather specific ones?

I've played only two games, Let's go Eevee and Y, in either case the trainers and gym leader are pushovers. So applying brute force and physical attacks work so far. In character I cop an attitude, very dismissive and superiority like. All too common nowadays.

Hello! (waves) My doodles are pretty diverse. A pretty eclectic mix of sketches from life, fantasy creatures, Subeta pets and ARPG challenges. It's a stability thing for me to be able to draw. My husband says I am scary when I don't have a sketchbook, or worse, the mechanical pencil that's always clipped to the book's cover runs out of lead on me...

stuff like this

Today's question:

What is your favourite scent?

My personal answer: The smell of pine trees in the hot summer sun. It's both soothing and nostalgic to me because it's the first thing you smell when you step out of the airport on Ibiza. My family owns a little apartment there so we'd go there every summer holiday. It's connected to a lot of beautiful memories.

for Atomic Ok I'll let the cheating slide today, I guess it's your lucky day ;) Just kidding xD oh wow that's amazing! You've been vegetarian for a really long time already! Do you usually go to a lot of restaurants? I'm vegan and yeah I think 90% of vegetarian dishes can be made vegan :)

for Vioran_Soldier Oh my god! I'm so sorry that something like that happened to you! I am sorry if I brought up some horrible memories. It's good however that material things do not matter so much to you. I always try to be less attached to stuff but it's rather difficult for me.

Oh nice answer for today's question! And Bavarian cuisine? XD What's your favourite? I am not a very big fan of German cuisine, sorry xD

Do you also believe in the sentimental value of clothing? Because some things are super important to me even though I got them for like 5€ at some second hand shop in a place I travelled to and it would be worth more to me than let's say a Burberry coat or a Birkin bag. xD

for Turokai Welcome! Wow your art is so cool! I love it! Is there some more online? And when did you start and what inspires you?

for marupiter Welcome to the fun :) Awww that's so sweet! Did you get it when you were born or was it a gift from someone special? Also, stunning HA!

for nights Welcome :) Do you have a lot of plushies? :) Your answer also made me think of another question for maybe tomorrow or the day after, so stay tuned ;)

Thank you! I think I got it close to the time I was born/really really young, since I really can't remember a time when I didn't have it.

As for today's question: there's an Hermes cologne that's probably my favorite scent, although I don't know the name of it.

Aw, thank you. Most of my art is posted on DeviantArt. I usually have a link to my gallery in my signature here. I'm also starting to post some stuff as Chat Fou on Furaffinity, but not much is there yet. I started drawing as soon as I was old enough to realize crayons weren't edible. My dad was an impressionist style painter, who encouraged toddler-age me in re-designing of my mom's living room wallpaper with my scribbles of what were supposed to be cats and horses, much to my mother's dismay. I make a little money with it, but I draw mostly for my own satisfaction, so I don't sell much.

What is your favorite scent? Frankincense and cedar wood.

I dealt with it then. The public response did much to uplift us afterwards.

My favorite scent is close to yours, I like freshly cut firewood. In particular pine.

yes! i love clothing so much. i have TONS of really expensive clothing because i thrift a lot. i don't buy anything at retail and i try not to buy anything new. i have lots of nice stuff like cashmere, wool, etc. i definitely don't pay more than $10-20 for anything. :)

for sentimental value though, definitely. i have some stuff i hold on to because i have good memories associated with it. i have a few sweaters from my grandma i wear and cherish. my other grandma used to paint a lot, and she painted shoes for me as a baby. i still have them, although my feet are like 50 times too big now lol. do you have any clothes you hold onto?

ooo pine trees smell really sharp, right? very distinct.

favorite scent: rain in the forest. i love hiking when it's lightly raining. also the smell of nature when you are high up in the mountains. it's very sharp and clean.

Today's question:

Do you collect something in real life?

My personal answer: I collect enamel pins from the places I have been. Sometimes, I receive them as gifts as well. They are all pinned to a second-hand Levi's jean jacket I bought when I was in Amsterdam for the first time. Sadly, after a while the back of the pin which is meant to secure them falls off due to poor craftsmanship, I think. So I've got lots of pins lying around since I can't wear them without the back piece :/

for Vioran_Soldier

I'm glad that you were supported by the public during this horrible incident. Must have been truly traumatic. Oh nice! But so you just like the smell of the wood or do you also like the smell of burning this particular wood in a fireplace? :)

That's awesome! I am not a big believer in fast fashion which is why I thrift a lot as well! I love how you can find real treasures hidden in thrift stores. And I love the fact that each piece has its own history! Who knows maybe the item of clothing has crossed oceans, was worn by royalty or witnessed a crime. I always feel like the pieces you pick up from a second hand store have personality :) I do not own anything which I can't wear anymore but I do have things I bought in other countries or which I inherited from family members which are really really special to me. Like a pullover my mom knitted herself in the 80's <3

Yes it's very distinct, I think there are some people who don't like it because it's too strong but I love it <3 Oh yes I know exactly what you mean! Wet forest floor has this very pleasent smell to it. So fresh and crisp <3

for Turokai Wow I had a look at your DA and wow. Just wow. You are sooo good! I'm really glad your dad encouraged you to draw (even if your mom was not that happy about it xD) Would it be an option for you to step into your dad's footsteps and make a career out of it?

for marupiter Maybe I should go around the shops to go find the perfume :) I'm still on the lookout for the perfect perfume. Right now I wear my own creation but I'm still not 100% satisfied... I never understood the hype about Chanel N°5. I think it smells awful 😂

I collect, books, movies, Cds and digital music, plushes, Lego sets, and more recently automotive tools.

I prefer the smell from fresh cut pieces, I use a woodstove so I don't have any aroma from burning.

I have played the old/older games. I think my last one was Pokémon Emerald Version :D Sometimes, I think that trainers and so on became weaker.

ARPG challenges? I never heard of them until now 😅 Your sketches are looking really adorable. I like the style very much :)

Yes, those 2000s eyebrows or the "painted" ones 😅

SPOILER (click to toggle) Yes, Bavarian. (I'm from Bavaria) xD I know that cuisine is often heavy and so on but I really like the potato salad from my mum or the "Krustenbraten with Blaukraut and Semmelknödel". The recipe is from my grandmother :) I also love "Spätzle" or "Grüne Krapfen" ❤ But I really like to eat dishes from other cuisines as well. I'm not that complicated xD Oh and I don't mind. Each person has an individual taste :)

Hello and welcome to this chat :)

SPOILER (click to toggle) I know what you mean. The one you're going to buy should be the best one for your needs and so on :) Well, there are a lot of weird books xD Sometimes, I'm really wondering. In my opinion, his "songs" until 2010 were the best. I don't like the ones after that much. It was too similar (and "mainstream") for me :/ The first "songs" I listened to were: The World is Mine and Love Is Gone. But I also like Memories and some others of the album One Love.

Answers for the last questions: Favourite scent: Freshly cut gras and orange. Collected things: I would say scarfs, movie DVDs, games.
