is anyone from staff looking into this? i think someone already tagged bug one the first page, but i haven’t seen anyone from staff addressing this.

Adding my voice to the chorus. I changed my HA yesterday evening. It's still showing the old HA everywhere except the wardrobe. Clearing cache didn't change anything.

My HA hasn't updated since yesterday too. The items show on my profile and I've tried updating using both wardrobes, the HA has change there but not on site.

I can’t change my HA either. I updated it yesterday evening. It shows in my wardrobe all the new clothes I’m wearing, but won’t update on site

been having this issue, too, since the 2nd; chrome, windows 10. clearing cache, hard refreshing, trying the old wardrobe, trying old saved outfits, have all not worked. in the wardrobe (both old & new), outfit shows as updated - just not in the sidebar, forums, profile, etc.

Using Chrome.

2 days after wardrobe change, avatar still not updating.

I decided to chime in to say that my HA is the same as it was for most of Vesnali before I changed it. I switched a couple of items out for the yesterday, but it never updated.

I changed my avatar last night and it doesn't show it changed on site despite saying that I am. It shows the changed outfit is changed in my wardrobe but not anywhere else. This has been going on since the 2nd and still no response on it?

Really hoping this gets looked into soon... It's been 3 days for me.

I'm having this problem as well. Changed my avatar a few nights ago, and despite it showing inside the wardrobe, it's not showing on site, unfortunately.

Yep! Changed my avatar for the first time since around March and the new outfit shows in the wardrobe and saved outfits but doesn't show on forums or hover :/

I also changed mine days ago. It actually does sometimes show my updated avatar properly onsite, but without fail it eventually switches back to the old avatar with no input from me :S

My wardrobe wasn't loading now it's not showing when I change my HA - the wardrobe is 90% of the reason I play and it has barely worked for a month now.

It sure has saved me a lot of real money though!!!

Still no update, still on this outfit instead of my pride one and I changed my HA almost a week ago.... (5/29/2020)

I changed my HA almost a week ago and nothing. This new wardrobe and all its issues is quite frustrating.
