1! i love the others but i definitely want the layer-ability 😘
Voting for version 1 - I like the versatility Though the other versions look great as well, looking forward to the finished item!

Don't mind the color, this is just to show the concept easier. Vote Three: Should the sleeves be:
I will be giving at least 48 hours for this poll, as the next update will include proper line art, rather than a messy sketch ;)
Oh - I love the partially sheer option (2)!

- partially sheer has my vote!

Ooohhh, I like the partially sheer version, too! :)
Love the sheer!
But what if I like both? hahahaha. I'll toss my support to 2 though because I do really enjoy that bit of sheer at the bottoms.
Voting for 2, more interesting.
kinda sad that feathered lost, the idea of the ends being partly see thru to blend was cool, and its just getting more and more simple and basic as the votes continue :c

oh.........2 wow 💖 i will need these in 400 colours
Partially sheer for sure.
I (and presumably a lot of other people who voted for simple) thought I wouldn't be able to use feathered sleeves very much. If feral had done that design feature on a blouse I'd have gone for it, as a statement piece.
Most people don't want detached sleeves to be statement pieces, because we use them to make strapless and sleeveless tops more versatile. Having a shoulder or neckline feature that can interfere with the lines of a decolletage or the attached jabot on a frilly blouse kind of defeats the point of them; they're more of a basic wardrobe extender that you want to be compatible with as many items as possible, especially if you're paying in CSC. I hope this is helpful for understanding why the feathered ones really weren't gonna fly as a standalone item.
I 100% support a blouse with raglan-set feathered sleeves that can be worn by itself in addition to these very simple, but incredibly useful detached sleeves that I can use to extend pretty blouses that don't have sleeves and wouldn't look good with lacy sleeves. It's not that we don't appreciate the design, it's that it would have been tough to work with.

I think my issue is that we're doing a creative exercise here to make something, but it quickly turned into "make the most basic all-purpose multi-function item possible" which, while a very useful type of CW to have and make, doesn't make for an interesting result, and the fact that already exists means there's an easy sP alternative to what I expect the final product will end up as (unless the design changes radically in the next couple rounds.)
I guess creation by voting is by its nature going to create the most averaged out version of whatever is being made, so I'm not sure its fair of me to expect a unique/particularly interesting outcome. Average is useful and good, and is an important outfit building block, but it isn't very exciting. (I really hope im not being too negative here, I don't want to come across as condemning the whole thing, its still a cool idea and im having fun, just a little disappointed with the mindset of multipurpose being best)

I think that when the option of sleeves was offered, those of us who need sleeves all went, "wow, that's something we really need!"
The lace sleeves you mentioned work with some things, but they really don't work with some other things, especially since the white ones are kinda grey and the cream ones are kinda yellow. (And with the requirement for dark lineart, that's kinda inevitable with lacy items.)
The semisheer ones will be much more versatile.
Once the option of sleeves came into play I think the outcome was inevitable. People are more likely to vote for a statement piece if it doesn't have to match lots of stuff.
Also I suspect more people would've voted for blouse if the feathers option had been offered initially. The feathered sleeves would be amazing with a slightly draped bodice as a blouse, dress or tunic top.
The other thing is that when we are all voting for what CW someone else should make and release, there's a certain amount of ethical pressure to vote for things we would actually purchase. If we all voted for something wild and crazy and it didn't fill 2 batches...
