BEARS I have to go into surgery on thursday. i have to have 3 large hematomas on my right thigh removed. I know geez another surgery for you. One of them has been there since I got injured in the army back in 1982. I thought it was just scar tissue. Well I am an accident prone/ klutz, last October I went through one of our bedrooms in the house with no lights on, stupid of me. Well we have a new bedroom furniture set with a high foot board. I walked right into it really hard. Which cause 2 more hematomas, seriously embarrassing going in public with huge mass on side of thigh. Anyway with ultrasounds following progress of hematomas, that have not absorbed or gotten smaller and against a nerve and blood vessel. Dr decided on surgery, initially talked draining, but with chance they could refill. So do I want another surgery, NO I have had my fill of surgeries all were medically necessary. My foot was March 2019, right hand june 2019, my left hand Feb 2020. Nothing but pain, surgery, recovery, therapy rinse and repeat. Geez I think my head and left foot need to be, put up on a shelf for safe keeping. So my surgery is thursday 2 July, I have to spend the night and hoping they dont keep me longer like over weekend. Should be, but you never know. Someone in my family will let know a quiet bear and.

@ Thanks so much for the support and prayers! Seriously its to much, but all did have to have corrective surgery. Because all were causing me pain daily. My hands were the worst with carpal tunnel that yes was hereditary who knew not me, and arthritis in base thumb joints of both hands. Super painful before surgery, simplest task hurt so much, carry semi heavy items, opening any tight lid, and the list goes on. I actually waited longer between hand surgeries. Because surgeon went on maternity leave, and I refused any other dr, I waited for her to return to work.

Unfortunately, I have used a flip phone since I got my first phone at 18. I don't even have texting. (Hardly anyone in my family does, so who would I text to?) So I wouldn't be able to download it there.
I Had a computer that probably would have been able to, but it got busted. ( :3 I've been Frankenstein-ing the parts. Mwaha) My current computer was a free one from a friend, but it's even older. (Windows 7)

I just find it weird that you basically have to spend hundreds on a high tech piece of equipment to be able to easily read a Book. That I was trying to Rent from a library. That I technically could buy for around 10 bucks and Keep. (If it was being sold anywhere near me.)

I haven't felt the (I don't even know) to come on in a few days. How have you been? All I've seen is that is going to get all the prayers because we love her (and she is the BHH Queen) Also, I'm glad you have a doctor you trust so much. - yup that is frustrating...gotta admit I still prefer a real book over anything on my computer or phone...guess I'm old school...or just old :) I've been baking bread this morning...first time I tried two loaves in one morning...so the second one went into an already hot pan so can't wait to see how that turns out. And I think I"m so smart I'm tinkering with recipes haha and learning not to fret if it isn't a pretty loaf of bread because it always tastes good. The first one was a pretty one though thank goodness because it is a gift.

I feel you with older equipment. Everything gets out of date so fast and I just don't have the resources to upgrade or buy new stuff. I just make do as best as I can. But like I prefer actual books over reading on a screen.
