listers....dunno what surgery or how it was done..but perhaps the way they had to hold it down in the desired position..during surgery could cause some latent blistering?.tight tapes or straps??

You KNOW it! Same here!! Summer is not even here yet, and we have had a week of 98. Sick of it already! That and the humidity are just miserable.

I had bunion removed, and they had to straighten the metarsal bone. I saw the how they had to nail/screw the metarsal joint closer to the front ankle area. So it would make sense to hold in position. But the blisters were painful. I mean dr can be honest especially if patient says they saw how that part of surgery is none. But nope got told, it was from cast rubbing, which as I said before to painful to walk first 2 weeks, so I call baloney. I think some drs fear patients freaking out, so theybtell harmless fibs. Other then the fib she was a good dr.

oh we had 107f last week, I mean dang. It was a record. I am doomed for hot temps in summer, live in texas near the border and hubby is from Egypt. I wont burn in heck, I am doing it here on earth in the summer. Lol

Oh goodness! When I read that you scared me, and I felt so bad I was watching youtube videos at the time you posted instead of being on here. :( I hope you're okay. I don't know who Debby is, but I'm glad she was able to help quickly. As said, you should get checked out anyway even if you don't see anything right away.

I'm remembering now when my grandmother fell a couple of weeks ago out on her front porch. It was late then too, and my uncle (that lives there) couldn't hear her at first because the house is so well insulated. They took her to ER, but when they took pics of here later she looked like a beat-up raccoon. (never seen her like that before, don't think I've Ever seen her hurt before) Days later she was feeling parts that hurt that she didn't even think were hurt at first.

I know your initial message you were frighten, I would be in the dark. Thankfully your next message was you got help. I am sure they did a check on you after you got up and settled. Maybe use a nightlight will help.

Debby is my sister. She's down her with her son to help me build my strength back up. I only fell because it was dark, no physical reason.
