I know I couldn't get past the news post to get to the main part of Subeta with all the lag and errors, so I had to miss because of that, and I don't think that's fair either.

I may just have been on 43 days before the downtime but having it reset for me was still annoying. And today when I should have gone from 2 to 3 days it was instead back to 1 day! This has now gone from annoying to frustrating...

Same thing here, except for the forums I couldn't get anything done on subeta, and now the bathhouse count has reset.

Mine was reset, too. Was at 672 before all the server changes started, and I checked multiple times before logging off, just to be sure I did. I'd like at least that back, even if I have to start from there.

Since the downtime I get the message in the bathhouse: This is your first day ..... No. The many problems on the pages and slow loading are annoying for both sides - the staff and the users. Hopefully you can fix that soon.

So...are the prizes not supposed to be different from day to day? day "1" the first time gave me 5k, now I received 3 crystals on day "1" (about, three, I think).

Could one theoretically still get the CSC even if the number never goes up in this case?

Same here. Was at 77 when the downtime happened, and since then it's bounced between 1 and 2 days no matter how many days I log in. Can't use the forums properly either, so no Masq dancing for me.

I'm having the same issue. Yesterday, it said it was my 2nd day visiting (it wasn't), and today it's also my 2nd day visiting. It's not increasing the count.

Just an FYI for anyone: I havn't been using the bathhouse since the 5th because there was a message on the page that said not to worry "It says not to file a ticket that it will automatically be fixed. A message also that everyone would be reset to where they were suppose to be no one would lose out.

This is mine from just april until the problem on the 5th that said that I was on day 1 again.

Is the count going to be set where we would be if there wasn't an issue? For example, if it was fixed today, would it go back to a streak of 1,350 or would it be missing several days (minus the # of days this problem occurred)?

I was supposed to get 50 CSC today and 40 CSC 5 days ago...would I be able to file a ticket to get the CSC I should've gotten or should I not do that?

Finally resolved! I'm at 1.352 today. Is that truly the count from day 1 on? I got 10 Wizard Tokens again - like the first 3 days of the "downtime".

My streak's back too!! Thank God, I'm getting close to 300 and I can't lose my streak now lol
