good that you have a old Backup, thanks God, so i hope all of us got back what we lost, but who knows all what is in Wardrobe? Thank you for this amazing Bonus, how kindly !

please understand this: you're an angel! (or a cute cockroach, you decide)
It's not the missing items I'm upset about. It's the mistake behind it, because you would think with such a large site, there would be a list of things to check are okay as part of maintenance, especially before pushing new features like the wardrobe. It feels reckless and not something you do if you're treating this site like a serious business. Whether this was one person's error, I don't know. What I do know is that it shouldn't be one person's error, because the site shouldn't be run by one person. That leads to errors if others don't have access to logs, data, etc. Now, subeta isn't a large site, per se, but I'm guessing it has a lot of user data, judging by the tens of thousands of unique items, etc. so I guess, that's my main beef. That 4 months of back-up wasn't done and no one high up on staff noticed.
tl;dr version: There should be a system of checks and maintenance. A lack of 4 months of back-up suggests this is missing or grossly inadequate as a system for a business. If subeta wants to take itself seriously, it should know better.
There is NO WAY I can know what is missing in my wardrobe. No way. I had a few CWs and they're gone now, but I don't remember their names and I don't have the patience or time to go through everything to figure it out. :(
This sucks. Wardrobe was the most important thing on Subeta for me. It brought me the most joy... And now this?
Subeta should be aware that there is a lot of people's money put into it and things like this SHOULD NOT happen. Ever.
Do better. Upgrade. No more glitches, no more lags. Invest into that please.
i don't know witch items are going lost and... who exact knows that? i know only 3 cw are missing, i know how they looks like, but not how they call. so all i can do is cross fingers and take time...

Only got as far as to find I am definitely missing things. I can't start compiling though as the wardrobe will not load for me at all. I have over 26k items in my wardrobe. Fairly current with my SubetaLodge list but... oh this is terrible. :(:(:(:(:(
Would someone be able to walk me through how to update my SubetaLodge checklists? Gonna wait to do my wardrobe since it's innacirate right now but I wanted to do plushies, beanbags and all that. But all it says is "Paste the source code from Subeta into this page." and I'm not sure how to do that? Especially since I'm on my phone. Clearly I've done it before because I do have lists for some of my things but they are grossly outdated.
[Edit] Figured it out
y'all so mean yeah it's definitely Not Great and it's completely understandable to be frustrated but @ the people who are being downright disrespectful: they said they're going to recover the items regardless of whether you help them check or not and you get 1k CSC for free as an apology for the mistake like how many times do they have to apologise. they're doing their best show some empathy
So here we see the deletion of items in action! I was over on the staff highlights thread and saw this GIF and realized I have none of the items removed!!! LOL

Hahaha, that's beautiful. XD Thanks for sharing.
thank you for the csc, and thank you for doing your best at working on restoring the glitched items. it's such a pity this all happened in the first place, but i'm sending good vibes that this all gets resolved quickly and easily, so stress is alleviated...for everybody. ❤

The problem is they have no good way of knowing which items we are missing either. And its ludacris for them to expect us to know which items are missing really. People have so many items we cant remember them all or the names of them possibly! So yeah, its natural for people to be miffed when they messed up this much. :)

as someone who's spent THOUSANDS of dollars on this site for SENTIMENTAL PIXELS
y'all really expect this site to last forever?
they don't expect us to though i did say it is understandable to be frustrated. it is normal to be anxious about potentially losing items that have cost (a lot of) real life money. it is a serious thing, a lot of us have spent thousands. however, there is no point being unkind and / or stating the same accusations all over again when they have acknowledged they messed up big time several times and are currently doing all they can to fix their mistake. there is a difference between commenting to say you are frustrated and worried, and straight up being awful, which is what some users are doing and what i was referring to. hope that helps clarify my previous post.
I am not even a heavy wardrobe user and I am pissed. Why would the actions of some random user STEAL items off my account? WTF?
So I potentially lost everything from Black Friday and the Free Shop? I am in my broken, half functioning wardrobe now and I can barely tell what's going on because not even my avatar can load but I'm pretty sure a bunch of rare items that I had gotten from the Free Shop are gone.
i'm so upset, i don't even know how to help check if i've lost anything and with everything going on in the world right now i don't have time to do it, i think a lot of people don't have time to do it. from what i'm seeing people knew about this glitch before you made the new wardrobe live? i mean, thanks for the $10 bucks but i've put thousands into this site over the years and i'm heartbroken and upset.
this feels like the last straw, i've done my best to stay positive for months, despite how some of the glitches have affected me/my account and be as non-judgemental and grateful as humanly possible but i don't know how to rationalize supporting this place right now.
the awful experience i had getting the last unforseeable glitch fixed for my account was bad, and wasn't fixed 100% so now it's just tough for me to believe that this will be taken care of too. i am trying very very hard not to be upset but oh boy. oh. boy.
it's absolutely natural for people to be miffed! but staff have already told us that they don't expect any of us to remember all of the items we lost (or heck, even a few of the items). if some people do, great! if they don't, no big deal. they're still going to replace all of the items.
everyone is getting really, really angry, despite the fact that staff have outright said several times now not to panic and that everyone will get their items back, yes, they're gone now. no, they won't be forever. let's just have some patience and let staff do their thing rather than jumping down their throats with the same accusations over and over again. it's not going to help the situation or get your items back faster. again, i totally understand the frustration and disappointment, especially for those who have spent a lot of money on subeta. it's okay to be upset. you're allowed. it's totally valid. but attacking staff isn't going to help the situation at all. it's probably just going to make it worse and the process of getting items back slower.
My memory is awful, there is -no- way I'm able to remember what I had in my wardrobe.....
Thanks for the heads up :) I rarely remove things from my wardrobe so I thought I might not be affected by this lol xD

I used the wardrobe during that time. But... I don't really have any idea how to know exactly what could be missing. I tend to put on and remove a lot of things when I create outfits and I'm overwhelmed trying to figure out how to see what may have been lost.
Sorry that this mess happened and hopeful that there's some way to determine what was lost for those of us who may not really have a way to tell.
