I just came back after an extended hiatus. Not sure what I'm missing, if anything, as I've just started to re-add holiday items. Hopefully, the 4 month backup will save me (thank goodness I've been gone, eh?) Hoping everything can be sorted out. Mistakes happen, but this is a big oops as many people, myself included, use this site for HA purposes.

Honestly? Fucking this. I'm honestly more pissed off because of Keith's over the top blasé dismissive attitude before fucking off to make Bug pick up the pieces hours later than the actual glitch itself. I don't think I've seen more than one damn post from another staff member on the issue at all, and that pisses me off to no end.

Oh man... i just came back about a month ago after years of not playing. I have no idea if I'm missing anything or not, I have too many wardrobe items but... if someone else deleted something from their wardrobe and that made it get removed from others.... I'm sure I'm missing things (at least that's how I read what happened...)

This is insanely crazy, I hope it gets resolved. At least my CWs are still there but I definitely worked hard to get all other items bought with SP (and some of those were gained by using CSC bought by cash). Thank goodness for the 4 month backup but I'm worried about the most recent month I've been playing.

Thank you for letting those of us who were blissfully unaware of the wardrobe issues going on, know that there was a pretty big wardrobe issue going on. I've got 52 pages of items to go through and I've luckily found only two items (on page one) that were affected, but at least I know to look out for them, which isn't horrible because I WL almost everything. (It's a horrible habit but currently a handy one)

Sorry but no 'thanks' for telling us about this, I don't know why users say that when really they are straight up pissed off, so no, no thank you for having yet another major fuck up with the site, and no thank you for possibly deleting items I've paid for and no thank you for adding more stress to an already fucked up life I consider ending the other week! I have no idea how the hell we are suppose to know what we are now missing, if we are even missing stuff, and what will happen if we don't discover a missing item till months from now? I think it wont bother my inventory but a data base from 4 months ago is NOT going to help those that are heavy on the CW and CS purchases and have been buying through out this time. Just another reason to leave this site, thanks Subeta you keep handing me numerous reasons to go and none to stay, if it weren't for my pets I'd have left a long time ago I think. Keith has said this site isn't his priority anymore so for god sake sell it to some one that gives a shit and can spend the time and (our) money on maintaining it to a standard that this sort of crap doesn't happen. I believe that might be because there is such a small team fixing the glitches and errors. I think we might have more artists than coders currently.

I'm really surprised to why staff/users feel that volunteer coders aren't needed. The user already dislikes having to wait so long for new content (Teahouse, pet profile revamp) and every time glitches like these occur, they take time away from creating these new features.

The Spooky Carnival was heavily delayed until recently and the fireside contest hasn't arrived due to all the glitches the team has to fix. I'm sorry, but getting more coders on board is really becoming a must the way things are going.

I guess I'm luckier than most in the fact that I was tracking my wardrobe through SubetaLodge, but even that list wasn't totally up-to-date :/ I have over 14,000 items to look through, and (supposedly) only 42 are missing.

EDIT: I think I'll just wait until we hopefully have a list of what items went missing, and then cross-check them with my own wardrobe.

I don't even know where to look... I never keep track of these things. I guess I'll just do my best, but this is a lot of RL money to have lost.
