Yes, I have literally tried every trick but the head layer simply will not load. I have done all the clicking back and forth and refreshing, clearing, hard refreshing, removing hundreds of items from my wardrobe, etc. etc. I have found that if a few pages load well in another layer it loads other layers easily too - just not the head layer. LOL I have terrible luck? :P I have to only wear wigs that show up on the first page of my "everything new" page, otherwise I'm up a creek without a paddle.

Sorry to sound complainy, it's just,a s you noticed, frustrating. :D I am still not giving up though!

I have the same issue. Unless I load an outfit with head items that I know I want to use, I'm stuck using head items on the first 2-3 pages.

I hope there is a resolution coming soon.

I think we are all having the same problem as Ambition.

What a mess.

I'm having a very strange bug, have been since yesterday. When I load a saved outfit that includes a salon hair style, the hair doesn't load onto the avatar, and afterwards if I go to the salon and click any hairstyle, I get "An error occurred on client". I only get the bug with unlockable/redeemable hairstyles- I could load an outfit with the free hairstyle Vivacious just fine, but trying to load Aqua or Knot gives me the bug. Trying to load locked hairstyles that I don't have also gave me the bug. It does this on Google Chrome on both my PC and my Samsung tablet, although I haven't tried any other browsers.

As a side note, you can't remove highlights from the salon at the moment either. although that's copable by just making the highlight colour the same as the main one.

I don't know if this has been approached yet; but my items wont even lode maybe it's my phone but I have no other way right now everything is closed. Let alone my custom wearables. This is the first serious problem I've had with this site. It's kind of disappointing. Really makes me not care if I collect or save or even have invites to the boutique or not cant change cloths wants the point. The avatar was one of the reasons I love subeta. Thank you

i still can't see my skintone as applied under base settings, and there's a broken image icon displaying in the upper left, which i assume is for the skintone. plus skins themselves are still nonfunctional, afaik.

As a user who uses the salon on the majority of HAs, I'm having a very hard time with the new salon. The inability to paste color codes into the boxes is making it near impossible to have the same highlight twice. I also don't understand why the primary color only changes part of the hair unlike the whole base like it did in the old wardrobe while highlights changed small sections. :( Also any HA made in the old wardrobe salon does not load in the new wardrobe and that's 90% of my HAs.

Really hope some of these things will be reconsidered in the final salon for the new wardrobe because they're making it very dysfunctional.

ditto, there's been an empty white space in the wardrobe where my avatar's skintone should be for about 4 days now.

This one's a bit odd for me, I have an item in my wardrobe that when I apply it and hit Wear, the item doesn't appear on my avatar. I double checked to make sure it's in my wardrobe, moved it around and saved and resaved to see if that might change it, but the item just isn't appearing.

This is a workaround for anyone else who can't load the head layer in their wardrobe.

1. Make an account on subetalodge / use subetalodge's wardrobe checklist and follow the instructions to get your whole wardrobe logged
2. Once it's updated, go to your wardrobe checklist, click "items you have" then choose "head" for clothing layer.

It's obviously no where near a 100% fix but this is helping me now as I can't remember all my items but am looking for a certain theme/color. It helps if you can vaguely remember what the overlay looks like on the avatar, but if not open the "item info" link in a new tab if you need a reminder.

Once you find an item you're looking for you can go back to the wardrobe and start typing the name, hopefully it will appear.

As a side note so it's not completely off topic, my head layer actually loaded briefly earlier and it jarred me. I lost it pretty quickly though, leading me to do the steps above.

I'd like to second the difficulties with the new hair salon. Setting aside the difficulty of using it, the colors that I have picked don't display correctly on my HA. My HA looks different between when it's displayed in the wardrobe, and when I actually see it on site. It looks like the shadows in the hair remain black no matter what I do.

We can find workarounds for site functionalities that aren't user friendly. However, this seems to be a case when the functionality we bought into simply does not exist in the new wardrobe. As a result, all the hair coupons I've redeemed are unusable unless I want to stick to recolors with black shadows.

Please prioritize changes that restore wardrobe functionality, so we regain access to the hairstyles/recoloring that we redeemed.

Why does the preview show hair, but in the forums My HA is bald? The mobile version for the new hair is aweful. And when I select items nothing happens. I would love to be able to access all of my wardrobe.

When will I be able to move items between drawers?

My main issues:

The salon doesn't work. Period. I can't change colors without a fight and it doesn't save.

The lag makes it near impossible to use. I've tried refreshing, changing layers/tabs and it's a miracle if any of my clothes show up. I can only stare at that infuriatingly happy face for so long! Even on my brand new laptop with high-speed internet this problem plagues me. People have told me it's because I have "too much" in my wardrobe. Then what's the bloody point of of using my wearables if I'll be punished for it?

The navigation is terrible. It's missing options that the old one has that I use(d) all the time (amount of items per page, no alphabetize option) and the page navigation is the worst. I used to be able to pick whatever page number I wanted but now I have to click halfway through the numbers or use the arrows and pray the page loads (maybe implement a drop-down menu so we can choose whatever category page we want).

But the thing that ticks me off the most right now is that it bars me from using the old wardrobe, at least while we wait for the new one to be usable. Even if my items load the base is gone and the Save button doesn't work. It feels like it was purposely broken to force the new unfinished wardrobe on us. I haven't changed my HA since Easter and I could only make changes a little at the time because it's so unpredictable.

I can't try on different hair. I keep getting: An error occurred on client

When i go to the new wardrobe my avatar shows without a base, i cant edit my avatar and i'm frustrated. I cant even take the mask off my avatar! I really loved the previous wardrobe and this one is just not up to par with it. Edit: Its an issue with firefox i think. I checked on safari and so far no problems.

I haven't had a problem with changing my avatar until now. I tried hard refreshing a few times but it's still the old one. I'm going to bed and will check on it again in the morning!

Edit: Yes, still not updating. I'm also using Windows 10 latest chrome.

I'm encountering the same issue: I can Update my avatar inside the wardrobe, but it doesn't actually update anywhere else on Subeta. I've tried cache clearing and it just... doesn't. Also, my headshot inside the new wardrobe isn't updating at all.

I'm using the current Chrome browser on Windows 10.
