The image exists and I don't know why it is a 404 for you if you've cleared your browser cache.

What browser (including the exact version) are you using, and are you using the same browser on your phone, tablet and mobile?

If you log out of Subeta and try to visit the image URL, do you see it then?

Is this the only broken image you're seeing? No other items have this problem?

I'm really stumped with this issue. The image does exist, so I was thinking browser cache was probably the culprit, but you tried clearing that and it didn't work. I've just purged the item cache - I was having the same problem, and it's fixed for me now. Did that fix it for you, ?
