I haven't been able to find any problems with this, and it doesn't seem like anyone else is having issues either. Maybe I am misunderstanding what is wrong? Could you clarify; Is it that, when you make a post, it doesn't show up on the topic right away? Would you be able to provide screenshots so I make sure I understand what's going on?

That doesn't seem like a glitch? Those boards move pretty fast, so it's not unreasonable to have to refresh the page to see what's new. Those posts probably didn't exist the first time you loaded the page.

Can you describe what happens when you press the Post button? Do you get a loading animation, and then the page should reload by itself, does that happen?
