The green is right and the blue one is Iona's blue. I couldn't get the shade with the dropper. Also, no snowflakes, they have the white dots :)

I can't tell if this is better? It's hard for me, when editing, to see the snowflakes. if I gotta I'll just copy the outline and fill them in from scratch :0

He looks perfect by the way! Is there any way for the outline to be a bit darker? Unless you're not quite finished with him yet. xD I don't know what all you had planned to add to him. The coloring looks fine, though!
