We're planning on testing the pet spotlight tonight to see if it will post to the news without our help! There are still 7 pets that need to be posted on catch-up, which I'll continue doing after tonight's test :) (And if tonight's test DOESN'T work, I'll be doing a manual post tomorrow morning at 5am as usual!)
Just wanted to mention this in case the 7 people who haven't had their catchup post yet wondered what had happened to it!

We are doing another test for spotlight this weekend so there will be a pause on the catchups again for Saturday and Sunday! Thank you guys for your continued patience with us while the programmers fix this!

Hey everyone - Thanks again for bearing with us as we test the code this weekend. We're very close now!
We're aware there were 2 pet spotlight winners today. This was not intentional, and we're discussing how to handle this in the most fair way to both pets.

I agree with both of you! Have two winners once the pet spotlight catch up is done for a couple of months. I'm kinda worried that the queue got really full during this downtime period.

There are not enough to do two a day believe me. We were thinking about just doing weekdays only for a bit to beef up the queue.
Just a note about last night. It was my fault there was not a winner. The others are caught up now. There will be a new winner (hopefully only one) tomorrow at reset. Thank you guys for your patience while we are working through this!
