I keep getting application error or 520 error
I just got in to all of them, yes there is some lag but this has been going on for days.
It's been WEEKS since I've been able to access my gallery! I've tried all browsers that I know of, and I tried removing hundreds of items using the "Account Search" feature, in hopes that I might be able to gain access with less items in my gallery. That was a failed mission. I can't even look at it when I click on it from my profile. If no one can even see it, WTF is the point??
Subeta Team... Please fix this!!!
Its hit or miss to get into my galleries. If I account search for a specific item that I know is in my gallery then click the link on that page I can often get in that way.

Are you still having trouble with your galleries loading? If so, could you please give me the exact link for the page that doesn't load / gives you the 520 or other error?

This is the steps I took to get to my gallery I went under the tab commerce clicked on your shops then clicked the gallery I wanted and the errors came up. it is still going on right now. Had to refresh several times. if you need anything else let me know
I have not been able to get into my gallery - Avindinida's Gallery the last couple of days. I am getting an application error. I just tried Casey's Gallery of Minions and got the same, but Xanderrr's Lifelike Doll Gallery did load. This is the application error for the first two galleries.

Closed the tab. Tried again with a new tab. Application error

Shop opened and I was able to search within the shop and remove some items.

I'm also having this problem and have been since the site returned from maintenance all that time ago. I still haven't been able to access my Showroom gallery despite multiple attempts. I notice there seems to be a threshold for how many items is "too many" before it throws up the Application Error/502.

I cannot access my Food gallery at all. It seems like I was 'kicked out' right after I created a new category, but I am not sure if it's related. Now I only ever get the "Application error" page when I try to access it

Looking into this. Do you remember around when these issues started? It seems like this started around the time of our server update in November, does that sound accurate?

That sounds about right I know it was after update. I think closer to december for me not sure for anyone else.

Ever since I moved the items and closed the Legacy shop I had and moved most from my vault into a gallery and now I can not open that gallery to try and yet again rearrange some things.
