I wasn't sure if I should report this or if it's something only I'm experiencing or if it's happening for others too.

This thread has been having issues for me ever since the server move back in November. I haven't reported it before because it hasn't gotten a whole lot of posts since then and I keep forgetting about it.

The main issues are that whenever there is a new post on the thread, it won't show up right away. I get the subscribed thread alert, but it takes a while sometimes before I can actually see the post. Also, when I make a post there, the page will never reload and show the new post, it gets stuck saying "making your post" and that's it. As with other people posting there, it will show up eventually but not right away.

Also, in the forum category where it's listed, it won't move to the top of the list whenever there are new posts on it.

For me, it's showing somewhere in the middle of the list, between topics that were last posted on back in November and October, even though the newest post in my thread was made today.

I've noticed something similar over the past few weeks with a couple of other threads as well, although I can't remember what they were at the moment, so I don't have any links.

Ah I have had that issue! When I posted it refused to show up for a long time. Other topics have had no issue showing new posts, for me at least.

I also had this problem with the last several posts I made on this thread. The only immediate indication that the post actually went through is that it shows up in my post history right away, but the thread itself takes a while to update.

Other threads I've posted on lately have been fine.

At least it's not just me lol. But yeah, it's not an issue with every topic, for me it's this one that I've noticed the most because it's one that I started. But I have seen it happen with at least one or two other ones that I wish I could remember. Most topics do seem to be fine though.

I know one solution would be to just make a new topic, and if I end up having to do that then I will, but I was hoping someone could at least maybe figure out what's causing this to try and prevent it from happening in the future, if possible.

It seems to have sorted itself out, whatever it was. I've posted there a few times recently and it seems to be behaving normally now.
