I had so much fun with this one, because I am Scottish-American (among other things). This is one of my OCs, based on my own heritage, Annis Balliol. Her outfit is a mix of the traditional plaid and fashion of Scotland, with modern American punk/grunge. She is also a green witch, learning and practicing the craft of her draoidh ancestors; which I tried to give nods to in her magic forest backdrop, and witch collar. Her name, Annis, is the Gaelic version of Agnes, and her last name, Balliol, is actually my ancestral name, from the royal House of Balliol.
(Thanks for the excuse to make a "traditional" outfit for Annis. XD)
