There are a good handful that I consider my favorites....But if I had to choose just one, I would think it would be vulpix. Considering I've drawn and sculpted one before. Granted, I love most of the eveelutions too. A shiny ninetails is right up there as well. Since I am fond of silver over gold.
Litwick and evolutions, sableye, and girafarig. Most of all I love Alolan Marowak
gengar... and all other ghost pokemon. and eeveelutions and bulbasaur <3 so many of them
Vaporeon <3 I have a tattoo of her on me!
Scolipede has always been a big favorite! Giant bug horse friend.

Alolan Vulpix. The original used to be my favourite but I'm a sucker for fairy and ice types :')

wooloo, skitty, jumpluff, comfey, piplup... it's too hard to pick! i love cutesy pokemon, but i also have a nostalgic soft spot for gen 4 legends <3
Dragonair and Altaria, but I have a soft spot for Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar. The first series of pokemon's ghost episode is an all-time favorite.

My absolute favorite is Gyarados. I always try to get one as soon as possible in every game, and always try for a female one - her name is Cinderella <3 Also Alakazam is my bff, such a nice guy!
Arcanine is my original fave, but Solgaleo is one of my newer faves cuz I adore lions

My absolute favorite Pokemon are Piplup, Pumpkaboo, Riolu, and Buizel! It's so difficult to choose just one because I could easily add to the list lol But if it came down to it, I'd say Piplup is number one for me... with the rest coming super close.
