I keep getting errors when handing in my items for quests. When I go back to the quest page it says I haven't handed in the items but they are gone from my inventory. At first it was occasional, and not costly, so I decided to wait for it to be resolved with the errors but it is getting really annoying now.

this has been a persistent issue even before the move to whatever we're on right now, sadly. will chime in that its annoying.

You will just have to suck it up. It's annoying but no one on staff gives a shit.

Yeah after so many days I don't think we have any other choice. There has been no staff on and no real action taken on anything that is wrong.

Popping into this thread to say this is still happening, though for me it's only been if I go to finish the quest and am hit with a CloudFlare error.

This happened to me a few times recently. Thankfully not for a Wizard or Blue Building quest, as that would waste time, but still. Yesterday it happened to me with a Saggitarius quest twice, I had to re-buy the items twice, both were about 30-70k each, that was annoying but I couldn't be bothered to file a ticket to get the items back since I wanted to finish the quest so there was no point, and they can't give back the SP I spent, at least not as far as I know.

This ia happening to me today on every quest. It doesn't matter if it's a purchased item or an item from stock. Chrome OS and Browser.

Ugh, This is getting on my nerves! I just wanna finish my quest for today without any problems.

This is happening for me today, I am now on my third try with a Saggi quest... which isn't cheap and I'm not happy. It's also taking forever with buying certain items too.

Yep, me too. Haven't noticed this problem until today though. Yes, very laggy in all the shops

what I got, instead of any errors, was a blank white screen that ate my items. dunno if thats a new one, but i was also getting the regular 502 errors eating quests, which sucks cuz i'm trying to crunch for tokens to buy all the books.

Yeah. I got an application error when buying from the New Years shop. It took my tokens but I did not receive the item. Most of the other shops have not been too laggy, so I've been able to finish 97/155 quests today, but it' past my bedtime now... Not going to fuss with anymore.

Also happening to me. I'm holding off on doing quests 'til things seem better.

I'm also having this issue on Windows, Chrome browser. Same with the difficulty purchasing items from both user shops and main shops: crazy lag, unknown errors, etc...

A big same to basically everything, except that my New Year's Shop issue is different.

I get the annoying "you must have refreshed the page we don't want you to buy duplicate items" error page that drives me nuts when trying to buy foods/books for my many pets or use right click to buy every colour of an item in Steamworks which you can't do any more.

But it takes twice the number of tokens and there are 2 copies in my account.
